League members, with the help of local high school students and Girl Scouts, will be reading the Constitution on the lawn in front of the Josephine County Community Library in Grants Pass. Bring a lawn chair to get comfortable, a non-alcoholic refreshing drink.. and if hot, perhaps an umbrella for the sun.
