Advisory Boards are a particularly important part of GOOD GOVERNANCE. It offers an opportunity for constituents to have a voice in local government and for leaders to have access to valuable information from people with expertise in various areas. The process gives community leaders access to people in the community who have expertise in various areas of government who can offer valuable input. This process fosters transparency and increases trust in government.
